For service businesses
You started your business to do the work. Then somewhere along the way it became payroll, invoicing, scheduling, month-end close, customer follow-ups, review chases, and a thousand other things you never signed up for. We will tell you exactly which of those Claude can handle, which ones we would build for you, and which ones are not worth touching yet.
What you actually get
Most consulting firms start with a package. We start with a 15-minute conversation about your business and send you a report on what would actually help. If there’s no good Claude fit, we tell you that plainly.
How it works
Takes 30 seconds. Name, company, email. We send you a 6-digit code that works by phone or directly in your browser.
Genny is our voice agent. She asks about your business, your team, the tools you already use, and the parts of your week you would hand off if you could. You answer like you would in any normal conversation.
A practical report on which parts of the Claude suite (Chat, Code, Design, Cowork) fit your business, which workflows we would build first, and what setup it would take. Read it, sit on it, do nothing if you want.
Why us
Most consulting firms hawk a different tool every quarter and call it strategy. We don’t. We’ve picked one platform and gone deep. We use Claude Chat, Claude Code, and Claude Design every day to build software, write proposals, design assets, run our own operations, and ship work for clients.
Going deep on one platform means we know exactly what it can do, what it can’t do yet, and what configurations actually hold up inside a real service business. That changes how we advise you.
The assessment is not designed to route every business into the same offer. It is designed to find the next honest step.
We won’t use your assessment data to train our own work, and we won’t recommend tools we have a financial relationship with. We have none, and we keep it that way.
What happens when it works
Balanced Infusions is a Buffalo-area IV therapy clinic. The assessment surfaced an operational-fit problem that another off-the-shelf platform would have repeated, so we built a system designed around the clinic's actual workflow (scheduling, intake, SOAP notes, payments, reporting) and handed it off clean so the team owns it.
The assessment was the door. Everything after it followed from what the assessment surfaced, not from a pre-defined package we were trying to sell.
What might come next
Claude Workshop
Ninety minutes to a full day. We train your team on the right parts of the Claude suite. Chat for everyone. Code for the technical folks. Design for marketing and brand work. Cowork for your operations team.
Claude Implementation Sprint
About four weeks. We take one of your most painful recurring workflows and get it running on Claude. Month-end close. Customer follow-ups. Review requests. Quote-to-invoice. Pick one. We ship it.
Process Redesign + Build
Six to ten weeks. Bigger lift. When the off-the-shelf plugin is not enough and we build something specific to how your operation actually works. Balanced Infusions is this kind of project.
Selective Claude Advisory
A few hours a month. New Claude features ship constantly. We help you decide which ones matter, how to add them, and when to leave well enough alone.
Common questions
Is this really free?
Yes. No credit card, no trial, no upsell disguised as the assessment. The business side of Genny AI is funded by the businesses that hire us after the assessment surfaces something real, but most callers never need to.
What if the assessment surfaces that we don't need Claude?
We'll tell you. Clearly. That's actually a real outcome. About a third of the time the honest recommendation is to fix something operational first, or to keep doing what you're doing.
Who is Genny, exactly?
Genny is a voice agent we built to run a consistent, high-quality intake interview at any hour. A human reviews every report before it ships. You get the best of both: no scheduling friction, no rushed junior interviewer, but a real person judging the output.
Is this a sales funnel?
Technically, yes, in the sense that some assessments lead to paid work. Philosophically, no. We do not have one pre-defined package we are trying to push everyone into. If the assessment says you need a workshop, we recommend a workshop. If it says you need a four-week implementation sprint to get one workflow running on Claude, we recommend that. If it says you need nothing, or that a non-Claude operational fix comes first, we say that. Paid work is how the Academy stays alive and how we fund Bootcamp scholarships for local teens. But the assessment itself is not a bait-and-switch.
Do you work with businesses outside Buffalo?
Yes. Buffalo is where our trust network started. Delivery is local when it makes sense and remote when it does not. Most of our work is remote.
What happens with my information?
Your interview transcript and report are stored securely and used only to generate and refine your assessment. We don't sell data, share it with partners, or add you to marketing lists. The report is yours.
How we work
The assessment tells you what would help. What comes next (if anything comes next at all) depends entirely on what you and Genny surface together.
When you work with Genny AI Academy, you are not just buying implementation help. You are funding a scholarship seat for a local teen in our AI Bootcamp.
